December 16, 2007 – 1:44 pmThe National Research Center on Gifted and Talented (NRC/GT) current 5-year research plan will lead to empirical and descriptive understandings of “what works in gifted education.” The emphasis on identification, instructional/curricular models, and traditional and performance-based assessments will demonstrate how to nurture and develop the talents and abilities of young people while promoting equity and excellence in our educational systems throughout the country.
